Athletics Arena

The Athletics held a groundbreaking ceremony for their ne Las Vegas Ballparkon June 23rd, 2025. The $1.75 billion 33,000-seat stadiumis slated to be completed in time for the 2028 Major League Baseball season  and will be located on the Las Vegas strip at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue. The domed stadium will be built on nine acres of a 36-acre lot. the $1.75 billion funding is from a combination of private invesment, loans, and up to $380 million in public funds from Nevada and Clark County.
