The project is transforming the site of the former Mirage hotel-casino. The prominent figure taking shape is a 660-foot, guitar-shaped hotel tower. The new resort will feature expanded gaming space, over 200,000 square feet of meeting space, and various dining options. The project is expected to be completed and open in the second half of 2027
